Vitamin offers a lot of options. Please, if you are not too familiar with SEO and you are not at least average webmaster or PHP programmer, use only default settings.

Vitamin plugin creates a new menu item in your WP admin section. There you may find these submenus, each solves different kinds of problems:

• Dashboard – Information about the ways the plugin works and Installation status
• SEO – File .htaccess, Sitemaps, Redirecting and not found pages
• Speed – Caching on Browser and on Server, special 404 Page not found for images
• Security – Safety login to WP admin section by IP, Hacker attacks blocking and antispam
• Sweep – Removing bad headers generated by WordPress, adding code into the head and the foot of the page and disabling certain types of WP pages
